RETURNS

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or prescription-related reasons.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
- Or otherwise required by applicable law

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning any item.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

EXCHANGES
